Medication Management
As a psychiatrist, I prescribe medications to treat an array of mental health disorders including, but not limited to: depression, bipolar, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma disorders. In general, most follow ups for medication management are 25 minutes
Therapy
I provide therapy for adolescence and adults struggling with mood disorders and anxiety from a psychodynamic & cognitive behavioral framework by helping you unravel areas where you feel stuck. In general, most follow ups for extensive therapeutic work with or without medication management are 45 minutes
Insurance
Today’s current healthcare culture depends on insurance which creates significant barriers in time spent with patients as providers have to spend inordinate amount of time dealing with complex billing and other bureaucratic red tape that take time away from the patient/doctor relationship leaving the patient unprioritized and ultimately dissatisfied. For this reason, I am not in network with insurance. Upon request, a superbill can be provided that includes diagnostic codes for services provided that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement using your out of network benefits. Rates are billed to your credit card which is securely stored on file in the electronic medical keeping software. Query within for fee schedule.
